Subject and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions govern all transactions carried out on the Alaya Jewelry website, owned by Alaya Jewelry. They apply to all orders placed by customers on said website for the purchase of stainless steel, 18-carat gold-plated, and 925 silver jewelry.

Products

The jewelry offered for sale on the Alaya Jewelry website is described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Product photographs are not contractual and may slightly differ from the actual products due to variations in color and brightness.

Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros including all taxes (VAT) and include delivery charges. The prices displayed are those in effect at the time the order is placed by the customer. They may be modified at any time by Alaya Jewelry, without prior notice.

Orders

Customers can place orders on the Alaya Jewelry website by selecting the desired products and following the online ordering process. Validation of the order by the customer implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. Alaya Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.

Payment

Payment for orders is made online by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the website at the time of ordering. Payment is secure, and the customer’s banking information is not retained by Alaya Jewelry.

Order Processing

Order processing at Alaya Jewelry takes between 1 and 4 days.

Delivery

The ordered items will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are specified on the website and may vary depending on the delivery area and the availability of items. For deliveries in mainland France via Colissimo, the delivery time is 48 hours. For shipments to Overseas Territories with Colissimo, delivery times vary from 11 to 31 days (indicative, excluding customs delays). For international deliveries by Colissimo, delivery times are 3 to 8 days (indicative, excluding customs delays). Although we strive to meet these deadlines, Alaya Jewelry cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. To do so, the customer must inform Alaya Jewelry of their decision to withdraw by email and return the products in their original packaging, in perfect condition and accompanied by any accessories.

Guarantee and Liability

Alaya Jewelry guarantees the conformity of the products sold on its website and undertakes to refund or exchange any defective product or product not in conformity with the order. Alaya Jewelry shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of products sold on its website.
